SHIPPING & HANDLING
How we determine Shipping and Handling rates:
The
shipping
& handling cost for your order is based on real time live rates
from the USPS. The shipping is calculated on the shipping destination,
total weight of the order, and shipping expediency. While this is a
fairly accurate tool, we do not guarantee the shipping amount to be
100% accurate. Shipping will be billed as quoted regardless of shortage
or overage of actual shipping cost.
Free shipping applies to orders over $59 of qualifying products (marked
by the green shipping truck icon), prior to application of any
discounts, promotions or
coupons. You
may choose to upgrade to a faster shipping method for an additional cost. Pre-order and
backorder items will be shipped via the method selected at the time of
check-out.
In-Store Pickup: For your convenience we now allow for free in-store pickup for your online orders. Please allow one business day for us to receive and process your order. Please indicate preferred pick up time in the comments section during checkout so that we can have your order ready on arrival.
In the event the
original purchase contained a pre-order or backorder item, shipping and
handling will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the
initial shipment.
Orders
are shipped the next business day after your order has been received.
For example, this means overnight/next day orders made on Monday will
be shipped out Tuesday with delivery date of Wednesday (with exception
to weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday (unless otherwise posted), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Note, no Saturday deliveries.
RETURNS AND CREDITS POLICY
At
SALUS, we make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied
with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your
product, please contact us by Phone or Email at info@ShopSalus.com OR simply return your product within 30 days for an online merchandise credit or refund.
Instructions on how to return your product. The basic steps are:

Contact SALUS via phone or email to inform us of the issue (719-685-1121, info@shopsalus.com)

Send your
package through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees
are non-refundable. Lost packages are not the responsibility of SALUS.

All
returns will be issued an online merchandise credit, or refund on the
original payment method, less any applicable shipping charges.
Please
allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your
credit. For credit card returns, allow up to 2 billing cycles for your
credit card statement to reflect the credit. Once the return is
processed we will send you an e-mail confirmation of your credit.
If you are unsure about a particular product, please order a sample or smaller size prior to ordering larger quantities. If you do not see sample sizes for the product you are interested in, contact us for assistance.
To
return Elissa Leigh handbags, follow the same steps listed above. Upon
reciept of the handbag in the original condition with hangtags in tact
we will issue a refund less applicable shipping charges. Damaged
handbags due to customer neglect are non-refundable.
