How do I return an item?

We are not happy if you are not happy! Let us try to help!

Due to the nature of personal care products we are unable to RETURN product; however we will EXCHANGE products under the following circumstances:

Unopened/Unused and Non-Customized Products: You may EXCHANGE your product for the original purchase price value within 15 days of purchase and with receipt. For online order exchanges, you are responsible for paying for shipping charges to get the product back to us. We will ship you the exchanged product on us! Please use a traceable and insurable method. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Salus.

Custom Scented Products and Opened/Used Product: You may EXCHANGE for a different product within 15 days of purchase and with receipt. Exchange value is 50% of your original purchase price. Products that have been used more than 25% in volume are not eligible for EXCHANGE. Please provide reasoning for exchange so that we can make your experience better in the future! For online order exchanges, you are responsible for paying for shipping charges to get the product back to us. You will receive a credit on your account for 50% of the product value.

Tip: If you are unsure of a product, please order only 1 of that item and the smallest size so that you can try it before buying in bulk.
